All our cardigans are hand knitted exclusively for Mimi Odette in the uk. We also source, beautiful hand knitted vintage cardigans .We then appliqué them with Personalised bespoke initials.
Each letter is cut by hand in our Yorkshire workshop using 100% cotton Liberty London fabrics & limited editions ginghams & stripes, then appliqued onto the back of your cardigan of choice. The end product is unique, colourful and practical, perfect for the little’uns!

Emilie the founder and maker of Mimi Odette with Ruby her daughter.
Emilie started making initialled clothing for her daughter Ruby in 2018 on jersey. Emilie incorporates her love of knitwear into the brand, creating the first appliqué initialed cardigan on the market. The name Mimi was the name Emilie was given as a child by her french family and Odette was her grandmother's name.
Each cardigan is unique. Please ensure you check the measurements for the items, as they are all different. If you are not sure always size up. Each item is wrapped in white tissue paper and tied with a ribbon. If your item is a gift, please let us know at the checkout, we can include a little handwritten note for you.
