Handcrafted & Made-to-Order Policy
All Sales Are Final: Because our items are entirely handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a genuine manufacturing fault or defect with the hand-knitted item.
Fabric & Yarn Selection: We want you to absolutely love your piece! Please make sure you are 100% happy with your fabric and yarn selections before finalizing your order at checkout.

Faulty or Damaged Items
In the rare event that your hand-knitted item arrives with a fault or defect, we want to make it right straight away.
Contact Us: Email us within two days of receiving your package .
Include Details: Please provide your order number and include clear photos of the fault so we can assess it.
The Resolution: If the item is deemed faulty, we will arrange for a repair, a replacement, or a full refund (including return shipping costs).
